Refund Requests: All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will only be granted if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made by the attendee.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled or rescheduled, attendees will be notified via email and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.

Transfer of Tickets: Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 24 hours before the event. To request a ticket transfer, please contact Extravagant Evenings Event Company with the new guest’s full name and contact details.

ID Check: All guests must be 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued ID to enter the event and consume alcohol.

Responsibility: Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Any guests who appear intoxicated may be denied further service of alcohol and/or asked to leave the event.

Outside Alcohol: Bringing outside alcohol into the venue is strictly prohibited. Anyone found with outside alcohol will be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Eligibility: Guests must be present at the time of the contest or raffle drawing to win. Raffle and contest prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Contest Fairness: All contest judges’ decisions are final. Prizes for contests such as the best dressed, best couple dancing, and others will be awarded based on criteria determined by the judges’ panel.

Behavior: We expect all guests to treat one another and event staff with respect. Inappropriate, disruptive, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

Dress Code: While these are formal events, attendees should dress appropriately. Offensive or overly casual attire may result in denial of entry.

Venue Accessibility: Extravagant Evenings Event Company is committed to providing an inclusive experience. The event venue is wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms and designated seating areas. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance to ensure proper accommodations.

Assistance and Service Animals: Service animals are welcome. For guests bringing service animals, please notify us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.

Requests for Accommodations: If any attendees require additional assistance, such as sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, or alternative seating, please contact us at least two weeks prior to the event.

Personal Property: Extravagant Evenings Event Company is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

Injury and Accident: By attending the event, guests acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety and agree that Extravagant Evenings Event Company is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event.

Media Release: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes by Extravagant Evenings Event Company without compensation.

Weather Conditions: The event will proceed rain or shine. In case of severe weather, the event may be moved indoors or postponed, and attendees will be notified via email of any changes.

Smoking Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas at the venue. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Drug-Free Policy: The possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited at all events hosted by Extravagant Evenings Event Company. Any attendee found possessing or using illegal substances will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and may face further legal action.

Vaping: Vaping is also restricted to designated outdoor smoking areas and is not permitted indoors.

Brand and Content Ownership: All logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, photos, and other materials related to Extravagant Evenings Event Company are the exclusive property of Extravagant Evenings Event Company and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These materials may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Personal Use of Event Photos and Videos: Attendees are welcome to share photos and videos from the event for personal, non-commercial purposes on social media, provided they credit Extravagant Evenings Event Company. Any use of event photos or videos for commercial purposes, including promotions for other businesses, requires express written permission.
